LYD Bali Group is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Cost Control Officer to join the team at La Santa Rosa, our premier destination in Kuta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of our financial efficiency, ensuring that our operations remain profitable while maintaining the exceptional standards our guests expect.

As the Cost Control Officer, you will play a vital role in monitoring procurement processes, managing inventory, and analyzing cost variances. You will work closely with the Kitchen, Food & Beverage, and Purchasing teams to drive data-driven savings and optimize resource allocation. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact on the bottom line of a leading Bali resort brand, fostering an environment of financial discipline and operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and analyze daily food and beverage costs to ensure they remain within budgeted margins.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and physical stock-takes across all outlets to ensure data accuracy.
  • Review purchase requests and oversee the receiving process to verify price, quantity, and quality.
  • Identify, investigate, and report on any variances in food or beverage costs and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain accurate recipe costing and menu engineering analysis.
  • Supervise waste management processes and identify opportunities to reduce operational loss.
  • Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly cost reports for management review.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment.
  • Strong understanding of F&B cost control systems and POS software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
  • High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across different departments.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
