As a Cost Control Staff, you will play a pivotal role in monitoring food and beverage costs, inventory management, and overall expenditure analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily operational costs, particularly regarding food and beverage expenses.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure alignment between system records and physical stock.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budget compliance and prevent wastage.
- Oversee invoice verification and ensure accurate data entry for all procurement activities.
- Identify, investigate, and report any discrepancies in cost or inventory levels immediately.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for inventory and cost control.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Cost Control, Accounting, or Audit, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of inventory management systems and procurement processes.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
