Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and track project expenses against approved budgets to ensure financial compliance.
- Analyze budget variances and provide detailed reports on cost overruns or savings to management.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to verify the accuracy of invoices and purchase orders.
- Conduct regular cost audits to identify potential areas for process improvement and resource optimization.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial forecasts and annual budget planning.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all cost-related activities and project financial records.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-reduction initiatives without compromising operational quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost control, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
