Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure alignment with budgeted figures
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies
- Prepare detailed cost reports and variance analyses for management review
- Collaborate with F&B managers to implement cost-saving initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate standard recipes and costing systems
- Track vendor pricing and negotiate favorable supply terms
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and industry standards
- Utilize cost control software and MS Excel for data analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B cost control or accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English preferred
