Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive financial oversight including reporting, reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring
- Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for operational efficiency improvements
- Prepare variance analysis reports comparing actual vs. budgeted expenditures
- Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems and internal controls
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare departmental budgets and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Present financial findings to senior management with actionable recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial control
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Certification in Cost Management (CMA) or equivalent preferred
- Experience with variance analysis and budgeting methodologies
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English
