Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Graha Megaria Raya is seeking a highly skilled Cost Controller to join our team at our premier 5-star hotel in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by monitoring expenditures, optimizing procurement processes, and ensuring strict adherence to budgetary controls.

As our Cost Controller, you will be the guardian of our bottom line. You will work closely with the Food & Beverage and Purchasing departments to ensure that cost variances are identified and managed effectively. We are looking for an analytical mind who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is committed to delivering operational excellence through precise financial reporting and inventory management.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and analyze food and beverage costs to ensure they remain within the established budget.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and perform spot checks across all hotel departments.
  • Review and verify the accuracy of all purchasing documents, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Analyze variances between actual costs and standard costs, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain and update the material management system to ensure accurate recipe and cost database.
  • Prepare comprehensive daily and monthly cost reports to assist the finance department in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with department heads to implement cost-saving initiatives and waste reduction strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Cost Controller role, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of F&B cost control, inventory management, and purchasing procedures.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., VHP, Sun System, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-end luxury resort setting.
