Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct periodic audits of F&B sales against production reports to identify and rectify irregularities.
  • Monitor and verify the accuracy of Guest Check pricing and POS system entries.
  • Manage monthly inventory counts and perform reconciliations for food and beverage stock.
  • Analyze daily food cost percentages and report deviations to F&B management.
  • Oversee waste management protocols and ensure standard recipes are strictly adhered to by the kitchen team.
  • Review purchase orders and supplier invoices to ensure cost compliance and budget alignment.
  • Support the finance department in preparing accurate end-of-month cost reports.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an F&B Cost Controller or similar accounting role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proficiency in POS systems (e.g., Micros, Simphony) and ERP/Inventory management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with an expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage costing, yield management, and inventory control.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with culinary and service staff.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under minimal supervision.
