Dolmar Land is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Engineer to join our dynamic project management team in Mandaluyong City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial success, ensuring that our large-scale construction projects remain profitable, efficient, and within budget.
As a Cost Engineer, you will bridge the gap between engineering and finance, providing critical insights into project expenditures and resource allocation. You will work closely with stakeholders to mitigate financial risks, track progress against site budgets, and drive cost-control initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage comprehensive site budgets for assigned construction projects.
- Implement and monitor cost-control systems to track project expenditures effectively.
- Prepare accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and forecast updates for management.
- Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams to optimize material and labor costs.
- Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and validate cost reports against actual site performance.
- Perform contract administration duties, including tracking progress payments and change orders.
- Identify potential financial risks early and suggest proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in cost engineering or quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and advanced Excel skills for financial modeling.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, labor rates, and material pricing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project timelines.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, MRICS) are considered a strong advantage.
