We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to oversee the financial aspects of our construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and ensuring that all projects are completed within the approved budget. You will act as a key player in our project management process, providing technical cost advice and ensuring financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

You will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective strategies, review material and labor costs, and prepare comprehensive financial reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, tenders, and detailed budgets for new and ongoing construction projects.
- Monitor project expenditures daily and compare them against the approved budget to identify variances.
- Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering analyses to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective construction strategies.
- Review and analyze material and labor costs to ensure competitive pricing and efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare regular financial reports, including cash flow projections and cost reports for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies and local regulations regarding financial management and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost engineering, quantity surveying, or construction management.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with construction software (e.g., Primavera P6, AutoCAD).
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, standards, and construction practices in the Philippines.
