Join DMCI Project Developers as a Cost Engineer I and become a key player in our project development excellence. In this critical role, you'll drive financial accuracy by preparing comprehensive project cost estimates, developing detailed budgets, and ensuring deliverables align with strategic objectives. Collaborate closely with Design & Engineering teams to optimize cost-efficiency throughout project lifecycles while championing continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed project cost estimates for development phases
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets
- Coordinate with Design & Engineering teams for cost-effective solutions
- Monitor project expenditures against budget targets
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement of cost management processes
- Prepare cost reports for stakeholder review
- Assist in bid preparation and cost analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in cost estimation or project management
- Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
