Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from construction drawings and specifications
- Perform comprehensive cost analysis and estimation for civil engineering projects
- Utilize CAD software for precise measurements and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with government standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to gather project specifications
- Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation models
- Present cost estimates to stakeholders and project management teams
- Monitor project budgets and report on cost variances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation for civil projects
- Proficiency in quantity take-off methods and cost analysis techniques
- Advanced skills in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit preferred)
- Knowledge of Philippine government standards (DPWH, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in calculations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
