Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile daily inventory movements against system records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Analyze variances between actual and standard costs, identifying the root causes of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to perform regular cycle counts and annual stock takes.
- Maintain and update inventory costing records to reflect accurate valuation of assets.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly inventory reports for the Finance Department.
- Assist in the implementation of internal controls to prevent inventory shrinkage and damage.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through process optimization and waste management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, cost accounting, or auditing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (ERP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for numerical discrepancies.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between finance and operational teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in Jakarta Selatan.
