Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across F&B outlets (restaurants, catering, cloud kitchens)
- Analyze cost data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce wastage
- Develop/implement inventory control procedures and SOPs
- Conduct regular stock audits and variance investigations
- Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor pricing and contract terms
- Prepare monthly cost reports and inventory valuation summaries
- Train staff on inventory management best practices
- Support budget preparation and forecasting processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 3+ years experience in F&B cost control/inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations
- Experience in multi-location F&B operations
- Certified Inventory Management Professional (CIMP) preferred
