Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across F&B outlets (restaurants, catering, cloud kitchens)
  • Analyze cost data to identify optimization opportunities and reduce wastage
  • Develop/implement inventory control procedures and SOPs
  • Conduct regular stock audits and variance investigations
  • Collaborate with procurement teams on vendor pricing and contract terms
  • Prepare monthly cost reports and inventory valuation summaries
  • Train staff on inventory management best practices
  • Support budget preparation and forecasting processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 3+ years experience in F&B cost control/inventory management
  • Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
  • Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and financial modeling
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Indonesian food safety regulations
  • Experience in multi-location F&B operations
  • Certified Inventory Management Professional (CIMP) preferred
