Join Turner & Townsend as a Cost Manager (QS Procurement Lead) and spearhead cost optimization initiatives for critical procurement projects. You'll drive strategic sourcing, ensure contract compliance, and manage vendor relationships to deliver cost-effective solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with project objectives while maintaining strict budgetary controls. Your expertise in quantity surveying and procurement will be instrumental in mitigating financial risks and enhancing operational efficiency across complex supply chains.

- Lead cost management and quantity surveying for procurement projects
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies
- Ensure contract compliance and vendor performance monitoring
- Conduct cost analysis and market trend assessments

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or Procurement
- 5+ years' experience in cost management or procurement
- Strong knowledge of contract management principles
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, CIPS) preferred
- Experience in manufacturing/logistics industry
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
