Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and analyze cost accounting systems to ensure accurate valuation of inventory and production costs.
- Monitor and report on manufacturing variances, identifying root causes for discrepancies and recommending actionable solutions.
- Supervise monthly closing activities related to cost accounting and ensure strict adherence to financial reporting timelines.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts regarding operational expenses.
- Implement and monitor cost-saving initiatives to optimize resource allocation and improve profit margins.
- Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile findings with ERP system data to maintain ledger integrity.
- Prepare comprehensive management reports and performance dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in cost accounting or financial controlling, preferably within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into business strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team of junior staff.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards (PSAK).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA or CMA) is considered a strong advantage.
