Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze product/service costs and prepare detailed cost breakdown structures
- Develop and maintain pricing strategies aligned with market conditions and business objectives
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor cost variances and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Support new product costing initiatives and lifecycle cost management
- Prepare cost reports and financial analyses for management review
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or engineering costing
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with pricing strategy development and market analysis
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and industry practices
