- Conduct detailed cost analysis for products and services to determine accurate pricing structures
- Develop comprehensive cost breakdowns including material, labor, and overhead components
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to optimize supply chain costs
- Support pricing strategies by analyzing market trends and competitive benchmarks
- Prepare monthly cost reports highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting based on cost projections
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal cost control policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or costing analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management
- Experience with pricing strategies and market analysis techniques
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
