Cemindo Gemilang is a leading player in the building materials industry, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Costing Inventory Staff to join our finance team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory valuations and ensuring that our costing processes align with operational efficiency.
As our Costing Inventory Staff, you will be responsible for the end-to-end monitoring of inventory movements, performing precise cost analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reconcile discrepancies. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor daily inventory transactions and stock movements to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform periodic stock takes and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Calculate and analyze product production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
- Prepare comprehensive inventory valuation reports and cost analysis summaries for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to identify and resolve inventory variances.
- Maintain cost accounting records in compliance with company policies and financial standards.
- Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance inventory control and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in cost accounting or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting standards and inventory valuation methods (e.g., FIFO, Moving Average).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a plus.
