Tanggung Jawab
- Consolidate and analyze operational financial data to ensure accuracy across all cost centers.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of annual budgets to identify potential savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present detailed annual budget forecasts and financial projections for management.
- Monitor actual versus budget expenditure and provide timely variance analysis reports.
- Develop and maintain robust cost-tracking systems to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline cost allocation processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial documentation for audit and compliance requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cost accounting, financial analysis, or budgetary control.
- Strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Financial Modeling).
- Deep understanding of cost accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to reside and work in Kotawaringin Barat, Kalimantan Tengah.
