Tanggung Jawab
- Process and validate Purchase Orders (POs) against sales orders to align procurement with production schedules
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods through proactive tracking and vendor communication
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts while minimizing carrying costs
- Conduct cost analysis and price negotiations with suppliers to optimize procurement spend
- Collaborate with production and finance teams to align purchasing activities with budgetary requirements
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and vendor performance records
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market research and supplier diversification
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost analysis and budgeting
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Knowledge of Singapore's procurement regulations and compliance standards
