Are you an analytical professional with a deep passion for manufacturing efficiency? Argo Manunggal Textile is seeking a highly skilled Costing Senior Staff to join our dynamic finance team in Tangerang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the company’s success by ensuring precise production cost analysis, optimizing our manufacturing margins, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
As our Costing Senior Staff, you will take ownership of the full costing lifecycle—from raw material procurement and labor efficiency to overhead allocation. You will work closely with production managers to identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain the integrity of our Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP). This is an ideal position for a detail-oriented professional looking to make a measurable impact in a leading textile manufacturing environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update accurate production cost models for all manufacturing lines.
- Analyze raw material usage, labor hours, and overhead costs to ensure precise Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) reporting.
- Perform regular variance analysis between actual production costs and standard costs, investigating discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the procurement and production departments to optimize material consumption and reduce waste.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and periodic financial reporting related to manufacturing performance.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls regarding inventory valuation.
- Provide detailed costing simulations for new product launches or process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in cost accounting or financial analysis within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, bill of materials (BOM), and routing.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into professional management reports.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
