Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and analyze accurate standard costs for all production units.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis into production variances and provide actionable insights to management.
- Manage the monthly closing process regarding inventory valuation and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement cost-reduction and process improvement strategies.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports, dashboards, and financial forecasts for stakeholders.
- Monitor raw material price fluctuations and evaluate their impact on product profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Financial Modeling).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage complex data sets.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
