Griya Miesejati is seeking a detail-oriented Costing Staff to join our finance team. You'll play a vital part in our cost control initiatives by processing and interpreting consumption patterns, identifying variance causes, and recommending process improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze material usage variances between headquarters and retail outlets
- Process and interpret consumption data using advanced analytical methods
- Generate variance reports with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with production and warehouse teams for data validation
- Develop cost-saving recommendations based on usage patterns
- Maintain accurate costing databases and documentation
- Support month-end closing processes with cost-related entries
- Monitor inventory valuation and cost accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of costing or cost accounting experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of standard costing methodologies
- Experience in retail or manufacturing industries preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
