We are currently seeking a meticulous and analytical Costing Staff to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our financial operational accuracy, responsible for analyzing production costs, monitoring inventory flow, and ensuring that our operational expenditures align with company targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and analyze daily production activities to ensure accurate cost allocation.
- Conduct thorough reconciliation of raw material usage against finished goods output.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly costing reports and variance analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and standard cost calculation for feed production.
- Identify and investigate cost anomalies or inefficiencies within the production cycle.
- Ensure full compliance with internal audit standards and financial reporting policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing operations (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome).
- Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas) is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
