Minda Asean Automotive is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Costing Staff to join our team in Karawang. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive product costing analysis, including PI (Production Input) and PD (Production Design) calculations.
- Perform detailed RMC (Raw Material Cost) analysis to track fluctuations and optimize procurement costs.
- Manage the end-to-end costing process for Purchase Orders (PO) to ensure adherence to budget and cost standards.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement teams to reconcile variances in material usage and manufacturing overheads.
- Maintain and update the costing database with accurate BOM (Bill of Materials) data and latest market pricing.
- Prepare periodic management reports regarding cost variance, profitability, and inventory valuation.
- Support internal and external audits by providing clear documentation and financial justifications for costing decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in costing, preferably within the automotive or electronics manufacturing industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas) is mandatory.
- In-depth understanding of product costing methodologies, cost accounting principles, and inventory control.
- Ability to interpret complex BOM structures and production routing data.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Karawang, Jawa Barat.
