In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing production costs, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, and ensuring financial accuracy within the production cycle.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate cost records, performing variance analysis, and providing actionable insights to the management team to support cost-reduction initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate and analyze the cost of production for various product lines.
- Monitor and track raw material, labor, and overhead expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the ERP system.
- Prepare comprehensive cost reports and variance analyses for senior management.
- Collaborate with the production and procurement departments to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain accurate master data for bills of materials (BOM) and routings.
- Support the annual audit process and ensure compliance with financial accounting standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in cost accounting within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local manufacturing systems) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight production deadlines.
- Strong understanding of production processes and cost drivers.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
