Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally
- Resolve product inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Document interactions and update CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
- Meet performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time, first-contact resolution)
- Identify sales opportunities and escalate to relevant departments
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Automotive industry knowledge is a plus
