You will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the complex process of selecting study destinations, university programs, and career pathways. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive, one-on-one counseling to students regarding overseas education opportunities.
- Assist students in identifying suitable study destinations, universities, and courses based on their academic profiles and career aspirations.
- Guide applicants through the university application and documentation process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, enrollment procedures, and scholarship programs.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective students and their families through professional follow-ups.
- Conduct information sessions and participate in education fairs or school visits to represent AECC Global.
- Meet and exceed performance targets related to student recruitment and application conversions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless student transitions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in student counseling, education consulting, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Strong command of English and Indonesian (written and spoken) is essential.
- Proven ability to build rapport with diverse clients and provide professional, empathetic advice.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Excellent knowledge of international study trends and university application requirements.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to hit and exceed performance KPIs.
