Tanggung Jawab
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students addressing academic, personal, and social concerns
- Develop and implement individual development plans tailored to each student's needs and goals
- Conduct consultations with students, parents, and faculty to address student challenges and promote success
- Organize and facilitate workshops and seminars on topics such as stress management, career planning, and personal development
- Maintain accurate and confidential student counseling records and documentation
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to create a supportive learning environment for all students
- Stay current with counseling best practices and professional development opportunities
- Participate in school activities and events that promote student well-being and community engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in student counseling or related educational support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
- Certification in counseling or related field (e.g., School Counselor certification)
- Knowledge of adolescent development, learning theories, and counseling methodologies
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality
- Experience with counseling documentation and case management systems
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
