Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service at the counter.
- Process cash, credit, and digital payments accurately using the POS system.
- Handle cash drawer balancing and end-of-shift reconciliation.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting workspace at all times.
- Assist with restocking inventory and keeping displays neat.
- Resolve customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and high attention to detail in handling money.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet time targets.
- Basic computer literacy (POS system experience is a plus).
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work full-time shifts.
