Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service at the counter.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process sales and payments.
- Handle cash, checks, and digital transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and bills for customers promptly.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Keep the counter area clean, organized, and fully stocked with supplies.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking products as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Certificate.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or cashier roles is preferred.
- Strong numeracy skills and basic math proficiency.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on your feet.
- Familiarity with POS software or point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Must be available for full-time employment.
