Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and orders.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions are balanced.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area at all times.
- Provide detailed information regarding menu items, promotions, and store offerings.
- Upsell products and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns or issues with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate with kitchen or back-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level students are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or a cashier role is an advantage but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, team-oriented personality.
- Resides in or around Baguio City, Benguet.
