Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries and orders.
  • Process payments accurately using the POS system, ensuring all transactions are balanced.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area at all times.
  • Provide detailed information regarding menu items, promotions, and store offerings.
  • Upsell products and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Handle customer concerns or issues with patience, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Coordinate with kitchen or back-of-house staff to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
  • Follow all company policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level students are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in retail, food service, or a cashier role is an advantage but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive, team-oriented personality.
  • Resides in or around Baguio City, Benguet.
