In this role, you will be the face of our brand, leading a high-performing team of Beauty Advisors to deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales performance, and ensure that every customer receives the personalized skincare and beauty consultation they expect from a world-class brand. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, possesses strong commercial acumen, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of retail operations and brand presentation.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Beauty Advisors to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage daily counter operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and stock replenishment.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and provide expert product advice aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyze sales reports and KPIs to develop strategies for revenue growth and store performance improvement.
- Oversee employee scheduling, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Maintain impeccable counter hygiene, cleanliness, and product display standards.
- Coordinate with regional management regarding promotions, product launches, and local marketing events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in any field, preferably related to Retail Management or Business.
- Proven experience as a Store Supervisor, Counter Manager, or Team Leader in the cosmetics or luxury beauty industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse retail team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Proficient in retail management software and basic data analysis (Excel/POS systems).
- Highly motivated, result-oriented, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Well-groomed appearance and a professional attitude that reflects luxury brand standards.
