- Lead strategic planning and execution of Global Payment operations across TikTok's Malaysian market
- Develop and maintain relationships with key financial institutions, payment processors, and regulatory bodies

- Ensure compliance with Malaysian financial regulations and implement robust risk management frameworks
- Oversee P&L responsibility, budget management, and financial performance optimization

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in financial services with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in payment systems, fintech, or financial services in APAC markets
- Deep understanding of Malaysian financial regulations (Bank Negara, Fintech frameworks)
- Strong network within Malaysian banking and fintech ecosystem
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute complex payment infrastructure projects
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience managing P&L and high-performing teams in multinational environments
