HR Network is looking for a results-driven Country Manager to spearhead the sales and operational success of our Frozen Seafoods division in the Philippines. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for driving significant sales growth, managing high-value key accounts, and developing robust strategies to achieve revenue targets across all assigned markets and channels.

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize market share and drive revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a regional sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
- Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners in the frozen seafood sector.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust business strategies accordingly.
- Oversee P&L management for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure product availability and quality standards are met.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the frozen food or FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing key accounts effectively.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel within the region as required by business needs.
