As the Country Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion. You will take full ownership of the sales P&L, managing a diverse portfolio of retail partners and distributors across the country. Your primary focus will be to elevate our brand presence, optimize distribution channels, and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed aggressive targets. - Develop and execute a comprehensive nationwide sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with key retail partners and nationwide distributors to ensure brand alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the national sales team, fostering a culture of high performance and professional excellence.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Oversee the annual sales budget, providing accurate forecasting and regular performance reporting to the executive leadership.
- Optimize distribution networks to ensure maximum product visibility and efficient inventory turnover across all regions.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to synchronize sales efforts with brand campaigns and product launches.
- Negotiate high-value contracts and trade terms to maximize profitability and long-term partnership value.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in sales management, preferably within the sports, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale distribution networks and nationwide retail accounts in the Philippines.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing sales organizations.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable sales plans.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine retail landscape and consumer electronics or sporting goods market.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and advanced sales analytics tools.
