Adecco is currently seeking a strategic Country Sales Manager to spearhead the market expansion and business growth for a leading premium household water filter and home appliance brand across Malaysia and Indonesia.

In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our regional commercial success. You will be responsible for developing robust go-to-market strategies, building high-performing sales teams, and forging key partnerships to cement our brand presence in the water treatment and consumer appliance sectors. We are looking for a visionary leader who thrives on growth, understands the intricacies of the Southeast Asian market, and is dedicated to delivering excellence in consumer experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive brand expansion in Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments to increase product adoption and market share.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Manage key distributor relationships and optimize channel partner performance.
  • Conduct deep-dive market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with brand vision.
  • Oversee P&L management for the region, ensuring profitable growth and efficient resource allocation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 5-8 years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the consumer appliances or home lifestyle industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Malaysia and Indonesia consumer markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making and sales forecasting.
  • Demonstrated success in leading regional teams and managing complex sales channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
