As a Coupa Systems Engineer, you will specialize in designing, building, and maintaining robust integration architectures. You will leverage the Coupa Integration Framework (CIF) and a suite of modern middleware tools (such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato) to connect Coupa with core ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Your work will directly impact business efficiency by automating complex procurement workflows.
We are looking for a technical subject matter expert who can bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You will collaborate with functional teams to define integration strategies, conduct technical feasibility studies, and ensure performance and security standards are met. - Design, develop, and deploy custom integrations using the Coupa Integration Framework (CIF) to connect with various ERP and third-party systems.
- Architect and manage middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato) to orchestrate complex data flows and ensure system interoperability.
- Configure and maintain Coupa platform technical modules, including APIs, cXML, and file-based integrations.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional consultants to gather technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration designs.
- Conduct rigorous unit testing, integration testing, and performance tuning to ensure solution quality and reliability.
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support, troubleshooting integration failures and resolving technical incidents promptly.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including integration specifications, runbooks, and operational guides.
- Stay current with Coupa product releases and emerging integration technologies, proactively recommending improvements and optimizations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Consultant, Coupa Systems Engineer, or Integration Developer with a strong focus on Coupa.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Coupa Integration Framework (CIF), including standard connectors, custom scripting, and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Strong practical experience with at least one major middleware platform: Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or Celigo.
- Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
- Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Active Coupa certifications (e.g., Coupa Consultant Certification, Coupa Administrator) are highly preferred.
