Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver parcels to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate documentation and processing of shipping labels and paperwork for each delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries or complaints with a polite and solution-oriented approach.
- Report any delivery exceptions, lost items, or damages immediately to the dispatch team.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and DHL operational procedures while driving.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods safely from the vehicle.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Valid Indonesian Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages of varying weights (up to 25kg).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and a working knowledge of English is preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, delivery, or customer service is considered a strong asset.
- Responsible, honest, and possess a professional appearance.
