As a vital link in our supply chain, you will be responsible for ensuring that parcels and documents are delivered safely, accurately, and on schedule. Tanggung Jawab
- Collect and deliver packages to residential and commercial clients in Bayan Lepas and surrounding areas promptly.
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately, ensuring all receipts and documentation are properly filed.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including handling customer inquiries regarding delivery status.
- Perform daily vehicle checks, including fuel levels and tire condition, and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Keep the vehicle and uniform clean and presentable at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver's License (Class B for cars/vans or Class 2A/2B for motorcycles).
- At least 1 year of proven experience in courier, delivery, or logistics services.
- Good knowledge of the roads and routes in Bayan Lepas, Penang, and the Klang Valley.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting packages and walking to customer locations.
- Punctual, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and early mornings.
- Valid Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) and Passport/IC.
