Tanggung Jawab
- Timely delivery of Italian food orders to customers across designated Bali areas
- Maintain food temperature and quality during transit using proper handling techniques
- Verify order accuracy and communicate delivery status via our tracking system
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions
- Manage cashless payments and maintain accurate delivery records
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and ensure cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during peak hours to optimize delivery flow
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and reliable personal motorcycle
- Minimum 1 year experience in food delivery or courier services
- Extensive knowledge of Bali's roads, traffic patterns, and landmarks
- Strong Bahasa Indonesia communication skills; basic English proficiency preferred
- Excellent time management and route optimization abilities
- Physically fit for handling delivery packages and operating in tropical conditions
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
- Clean driving record and willingness to undergo background check
