Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver Lazada packages to customers within designated routes and timeframes
- Verify package details and obtain customer signatures upon delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update tracking systems in real-time
- Inspect and maintain assigned delivery vehicle to ensure optimal condition
- Provide courteous customer service and resolve delivery-related inquiries
- Adhere to traffic regulations and safety protocols during all delivery operations
- Collaborate with logistics team to optimize delivery routes and schedules
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with basic literacy in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Valid driving license (Class D or motorcycle license as required)
- Minimum 1 year experience in delivery or logistics preferred
- Strong time management and route planning abilities
- Physically fit to handle packages up to 15kg
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must own reliable transportation (if not provided)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
