Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently operate a company-issued motorcycle to deliver parcels, documents, and packages to designated locations within Naga City and surrounding areas.
- Plan and optimize daily delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals and maximize productivity.
- Verify delivery information and obtain necessary signatures or proof of delivery from customers using digital tracking devices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients professionally and addressing any basic delivery inquiries.
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the assigned motorcycle to ensure it is in excellent working condition, reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during loading, unloading, and transit.
- Accurately collect and remit Cash-on-Delivery (COD) payments when required.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or Senior High School graduate.
- Possess a valid Professional Driver's License with the appropriate restriction code for operating a motorcycle.
- Proven familiarity with the roads, routes, and traffic conditions in Naga City and the broader Camarines Sur area.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of outdoor work and moderate parcel lifting.
- Basic smartphone literacy for using GPS navigation and delivery tracking applications.
