Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate a motorcycle to pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and packages to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries using navigation tools and local knowledge.
- Conduct daily inspections and basic maintenance of the assigned motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Obtain signatures, collect payments (if necessary), and ensure all delivery documentation is accurately completed.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting politely and professionally with clients during pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, regulations, and company safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure personal safety.
- Sort and organize packages before dispatching to ensure accurate and efficient delivery routes.
Kualifikasi
- Valid professional driver's license (Restriction 1 and/or 2 for motorcycle operation).
- Proven experience as a courier, delivery rider, or similar role is an advantage but not strictly required.
- Excellent knowledge of the Novaliches, Metro Manila area and surrounding routes.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
- Physically fit, highly organized, and capable of handling multiple deliveries efficiently.
- Must own a reliable smartphone for app-based navigation and dispatch communication.
