We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Course Consultant to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct one-on-one consultations and presentations to prospective students and parents to understand their academic goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Actively promote and sell our educational programs, courses, and extracurricular activities to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Manage and follow up on a high volume of leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions to ensure no opportunity is missed.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding course curricula, tuition fees, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the academic management team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new students.
- Handle student inquiries professionally and provide exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction rates and retention.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, track performance metrics, and update the CRM system with accurate candidate data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, education management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proven track record of working in a target-driven environment and achieving sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and possess a genuine passion for helping students succeed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
