- Promote PalFish's online English programs through outbound calls and digital channels
- Conduct needs assessments to recommend suitable courses for prospective students
- Convert prospects into enrolled customers by highlighting program benefits and addressing concerns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine lead generation strategies
- Meet monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Stay updated on PalFish's course offerings and educational methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or educational sales
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM platforms
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
