Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and in-person consultations
  • Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures
  • Guide applicants through the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students to facilitate successful enrollment
  • Collaborate with academic departments to address specific student inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of all student interactions and enrollment data in our CRM system
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets through effective sales and customer service techniques
  • Stay updated on industry trends and new course offerings to provide relevant information to applicants

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum diploma or degree in any field; candidates with relevant experience will be considered
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or enrollment management (1-2 years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in education or training industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to work
