In this role, you will play a critical part in our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of complex healthcare billing records. You will be responsible for reconciling payments, verifying insurance data, and maintaining the integrity of our accounts receivable. Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately post payments received from insurance carriers and patients into the billing system.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank deposits against the patient accounting system to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Analyze and interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and Electronic Remittance Advices (ERA) for proper posting.
- Identify, document, and resolve variances or payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to research unidentified payments or recoupments.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards at all times.
- Meet or exceed daily production and quality benchmarks set by the operations management team.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2-3 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, specifically in Cash Posting.
- Strong proficiency in navigating various clearinghouses, payer portals, and billing software.
- Solid understanding of EOB/ERA interpretation and denial codes.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to handle high-volume data entry with minimal errors.
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be available for an immediate start.
