As a Course Marshal, you will be the face of the facility, ensuring that all guests have a safe, enjoyable, and seamless experience. You will play a pivotal role in managing ground operations and maintaining the high standards of our vibrant leisure venue. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily course operations to ensure smooth flow and guest satisfaction.
- Provide clear instructions and safety briefings to all patrons.
- Monitor the course area to prevent hazards and enforce facility rules.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of equipment and course features.
- Engage with guests to provide an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere.
- Coordinate with team members to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order throughout the site.
- Handle minor guest inquiries and provide excellent service recovery when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or recreation is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse groups.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and able to remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a 5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on safety and guest experience.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Kranji/North Region.
