In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end creation of high-quality learning materials, ensuring they meet the highest standards of engagement and regulatory compliance.
You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into accessible, interactive digital courses. Your expertise will drive the enhancement of our existing curriculum, ensuring we remain competitive in the dynamic training landscape. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the design and development of engaging courseware, including e-learning modules, videos, and interactive presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and relevance in all training materials.
- Manage the full project lifecycle for courseware development, from concept and storyboard to final production and deployment.
- Ensure all course content complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal quality assurance protocols.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing courseware to maintain its competitiveness and effectiveness.
- Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to create responsive and accessible learning experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Lead or Senior Courseware Development role within the corporate or education sector.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design theories, ADDIE model, and adult learning principles.
- Excellent technical skills in using authoring tools, multimedia software, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and SMEs.
